Greenways began with a simple belief.

Greenways Development was founded by Mir Hassan Rind, a veteran with over 30 years of experience in Pakistan’s construction industry. His vision was clear, to bridge the gap between quality craftsmanship and reliable engineering, bringing integrity and excellence to every project.

Building the Foundation
Under his leadership, Greenways successfully completed over five residential and commercial projects, establishing a strong reputation for timely delivery and uncompromising quality.
2021
A New Chapter
In 2021, his son Muhammad Uzair Rind joined the company, combining his design-forward approach and modern engineering mindset with his father’s decades of expertise. Together, they formed a powerhouse partnership that elevated the firm’s design and construction standards.

Growth and Innovation
After the passing of his father, Uzair took charge as CEO, expanding Greenways’ reach by collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to deliver five additional landmark projects across Pakistan.

Today, Greenways is a team of 12 professionals, evolving into a multidisciplinary design and engineering firm.
